Returning Your Order

If you wish to return your unopened Fleshy Pro, please note that you will be responsible for the postage costs associated with sending it back to us. Additionally, any original delivery charges paid are non-refundable. To initiate the return process, please email us to request an RMA number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the parcel when it is sent back to us. Please ensure that all product packaging materials are included, and that the outer plastic of the box has not been removed. Once the parcel has been sent, please provide us with the tracking reference via email.

Please note that parcels received without an RMA number will be automatically discarded and no refunds will be issued. All returns must be posted within 7 days of when the RMA is issued, or the return will be rejected. Upon receiving the parcel, our staff will verify that the return is valid and unopened. Only then can a refund be issued. If the returned product has been opened or tampered with, refunds will not be issued.

If you believe that a product is broken or not working correctly, we may ask for video evidence prior to issuing an RMA number for a return or issuing a refund without requiring a return.

Customs Duties and Taxes
Please note that customers are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to their order. These charges are not covered by Fleshy and must be settled directly with the relevant authorities in your country.
