How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are picked up from our Dallas warehouse once daily, at 12:00 noon, except postal service holidays. We have to put your product in a box and print and attach a shipping label, so the cut-off time to order by for guaranteed same-day shipping is 11am (Central time).

No orders are shipped after Friday at noon until the next pick-up on Monday at noon.

We are now subsidizing 2-day shipping on behalf of all of our customers (it costs us a minimum of $22 per order). Once your package is picked up, you'll get a tracking number by email. Packages almost always arrive within 2 days (packages continue to move and be delivered on Saturday and Sunday).

Thus, if you order on Monday by 11am, there's historically a 93% chance it will be delivered to your door by Wednesday evening. Likewise, if you order on Friday by 11am, it should arrive on/by Sunday evening. As a final example, if you order on Friday in the afternoon, it will actually be shipped on Monday at noon and should arrive Wednesday night.

Our warehouse is located in Dallas. Based on where you are, you can see how long your shipment will likely take.

We do not ask for, or provide, refunds, in the event that your specific package takes longer. Storms happen, mailmen get sick, etc. We're all doing our best and appreciate your understanding.

We are proud to provide a level of honesty and transparency on this page that no other brand provides to their customers. We do it, because you deserve it.






Alaska, Hawaii, etc.

We love all of our fans and customers. However, due to expensive UPS 2nd Day Air we can only use USPS shipments for these 2 states.
We also ship to APO (miltary) boxes (delivery will ofcourse be slower).
We have temporarily suspended international shipping due to customs issues.


Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. We can not speed this up as it is not our system.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

We are not responsible if customs confiscate goods during clearance.

International Shipping Policy

Due to the additional costs and regulatory requirements associated with international shipping to certian countires, our shipping fees for international orders will be higher than those for domestic orders. The exact shipping fees will vary based on the package's destination country, weight, and dimensions. Customers will be informed of the shipping fees at the time of checkout, and these fees may be added to the total order cost.

Reshipping

We strive to ship all orders promptly and efficiently. We ship to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate shipping addresses provided by the customer.

To initiate a reshipment of your order, we kindly request that you send an email to our customer support team at support@getfleshy.com. Please expect additional fees to apply (passed on to you at-cost, without markup).

Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or redirect the package. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes after the order has been shipped. The courier is also not able to update the destination address of a shipment that's already in transit.
